Summer Lovin' is a beautiful beachfront home featuring a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 baths to accommodate up to 18 guests. The home also boasts such amenities as a private splash pool heatable from October to May for $60 a day, an elevator, spacious living areas, and broad porches on both levels ensuring it has all the luxuries you’ll want for your coastal getaway.

The main floor is centered around a great room perfect for gathering and dining together with plenty of seating around the large smart TV over the fireplace and a dining table and bar seating for eating together. A well-stocked kitchen boasting a full refrigerator, a dishwasher, an undercounter icemaker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else you could need to prepare and serve meals for your whole party while enjoying great beach views. The floor also has 2 bedrooms; one King bedroom with a deluxe private bathroom featuring a double vanity, a shower, and a separate tub, and a bedroom with a pair of Queen beds with an adjoining bathroom which also has hall access. The floor is complete with a laundry.

The top floor is all about bedrooms with a selection of 4. The first of these is a beachfront King suite with a Twin Daybed and Trundle, access to a private porch, and a private deluxe bathroom boasting a double vanity, shower, and separate bathtub. The next is a bunkroom with 2 Twin-over-Twin bunks and a private bath. The 2 final bedrooms boast King beds and private bathrooms. 

Outside you’ll enjoy relaxing in the sun and seaside breeze on both levels of porches. The main floor porch is further enhanced by space for al fresco dining. The ground floor further expands the opportunity with a charcoal grill perfect for cookouts or beachside barbecue, more shaded sitting and living space, and a private heatable splash pool perfect for taking a refreshing dip. Finally, the highlight of it all waits just a few steps across the dune walkover: your own private stretch of sugar-white sand beach. A hot and cold water outdoor shower makes washing away the sand simple.

Summer Lovin’ is located 2.5 miles west of Hwy 59 and the center of Gulf Shores putting it just minutes from the best attractions yet still away from the condos and crowds.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
