The main floor is the center of it all with an open concept living space perfect for gathering and entertainment. A spacious living room with a smart TV and a dining room with extra kitchen island seating are served by a full kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, an oven, a full refrigerator, and drip and Keurig coffee makers alongside all the other essentials needed to prepare and serve meals for the entire group. A full bathroom adds functionality and convenience to the floor.

The middle floor has a collection of 3 bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms feature King beds, private bathrooms, and gorgeous sea views from a shared beachfront porch. The last bedroom serves as a bunkroom for 4 with a Twin-over-Twin bunk and a Twin Daybed with a Trundle. Just across the hall, a full bathroom adds usability and convenience to the bunkroom and the floor. A wet bar with an undercounter ice maker complete the floor.

The top floor begins with a secondary living area with a Twin Daybed and Trundle doubling as seating and extra sleeping space. This space is enhanced with a wet bar and a full hall bathroom. The floor also has 2 more King bedrooms with twinning those on the previous floor with private bathrooms and direct access to a shared porch and Gulf views.

Outside, you’ll first find plenty of room to take in the sea breeze and gorgeous views on the porches across all 3 floors. This is complemented by an expansive ground-floor space featuring space to relax and dine al fresco with a private heatable pool, a picnic table, a charcoal grill, and hammocks. Your own stretch of private beach and all the sun, sea, and sand you could hope for are easily reached via a shared dune walkover. An outdoor shower under the house makes it easy to end your beach days feeling refreshed and spotless.

Located approximately 3.7 miles west of Highway 59, this home offers a peaceful, uncrowded, intimate setting, just minutes away from local restaurants, shops, and attractions.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
