Description

Morning Breeze is a new 10 bedroom plus bunkroom, 11.5 bath beachfront home with a private pool, elevator and more. You may remember the original Morning Breeze on the lagoon. We supersized it adding 4 more bedrooms plus a bunkroom, and all 3 levels have living areas featuring views that span from the Gulf to Little Lagoon.

The main floor features a large living area with 180 degree views spanning from the Gulf to Little Lagoon., a 16' long dining table to seat a crowd, a spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, 3 dishwashers, 2 sinks and lots of counter space with 1 large islands. There is a nearby wet bar with an undercounter icemaker, a beverage fridge and more. You'll find a large pantry/laundry, a half bath and the beachfront primary King bedroom complete with doors out to the covered porch and a lovely handicap accessible bath featuring a double vanity and separate tub and shower.

The middle floor has a large family room, a total of 4 bedrooms (3 Kings, 1 pair of Queens) plus a bunkroom with 2 XL twins, 5 full baths and a laundry room. It opens to porches on the beach and lagoon sides.

The top floor has a large family/game room, 5 bedrooms (3 Kings, 2 pair of Queen rooms), 5 full and 1 half baths and a laundry.

Throughout the house you'll find Smart TVs, free wifi and an elevator that reaches all levels. All levels have beachfront covered porches that span the beach side of Morning Breeze.

The beachfront porch has a Private Heated Pool, heatable from October until May with a $50/day fee. You'll also find outdoor seating and dining, an outdoor shower, and under the house, a charcoal grill and beach chairs to take to the beach.

Morning Breeze is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, 5.4 miles west of the intersection where Gulf Shores Parkway ends at Beach Boulevard. Sorry, Morning Breeze is not available for events (including bachelor and bachelorette parties), or groups under the age of 25.

Morning Breeze is all thats advertised. Very clean, stocked with all you need for your cooking and entertainment. Loved the 4 sets of washer and driers. Place is large enough allowing privacy at anytime, We did anticipate some hick up's with it being so new. Only hick up was the ice maker was not functioning but the maintenance went out of their way to go and get several bags of ice for us. Greatly appreciated. Pool was awesome for the grandkids. We hope to return.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at Morning Breeze with our two sons, their wives, and their four small children (two each) as well as my sister-in-law and her grown daughter. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay. The barbecue grill was in bad shape and we could not use it. Hopefully it will be replaced when we come next year. Also would have been nice to know all that was included with home. example the baby chair and bath chair we were told we could rent these but had arranged to have them brought there. Also there was a room with beach chairs and floats. We found this the day before we were leaving. Were not sure if we were allowed to use. Could have used a book on recommendations where to eat, shop and things to do in the area.

Wonderful place. Very pretty and well decorated. If the open area could have been a little cooler. The upstairs bedrooms were very cool. I would guess the large open area is a little harder too cool. We had a wonderful family reunion!

In one word the house was amazing! It was even better than the photos on the website. The attention to detail with the furnishings was wonderful. We loved the location with the proximity to both the beach and the lagoon. The house was immaculate and well-stocked with necessities to get us through the first several days. We heard from the manager via email several times during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. We walked on the beach, fished from the pier, and used the pool constantly. The only suggestions we have would be to have written instructions for the TV in the main living room with a channel line-up and arrange the digital converter so channels can be changed from the remote. Also, there was no address or name of the house by the road so it was very hard to find in the dark. Plus it seems like emergency services would need something also. A minor recommendation would be to provide a few hangers for each closet.

Beautiful place with all the conveniences you hope for while on vacation. The location is wonderful enjoying the best of both worlds....ocean view and access were great and we loved having the lagoon out our back door. The dock was amazing, the heated pool was great, too! The only thing missing was a beachy area to enjoy the lagoon off the dock and a place to safely launch a kayak.

We had booked Morning Breeze months before COVID19 became an issue for a family vacation during our Grandkids Spring break. Our vacation started before the shelter in place was issued. On arrival the home was as described, large, spacious, clean. The heated pool was a great treat as midway through our stay the local attractions and beach were closed as shelter in place became the norm. However, the Grandkids had a great time swimming in the pool, fishing off the pier, and we rented Kayaks to paddle around the lagoon. The weather was awesome high 70's low 80's with bright sunny skies, the warmth felt wonderful. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and provided some good intel on the local area. The home had great lagoon views as well as ocean views and you could hear the waves from the ocean.

This was the Vacation of a lifetime! The home was absolutely gorgeous and had everything our family needed. There was plenty of room to be comfortable on a large family vacation. There were 17 of us and we never felt cramped or invaded. We spent our mornings on the large deck overlooking Little Lagoon and watching the sun rise. My favorite part was going to the dock and fishing/crabbing with my son in laws and grandchildren. We have already reserved our week for 2017!!

We recently had the pleasure to lease Morning Breeze for our annual family vacation. This year it was over Spring Break. While the weather was cool, the house and surrounding areas made up for any inconveniences. The house was perfect. It had plenty of living areas for a large group. The kitchen was large and open. The bedrooms were large and each had its own bathroom. We had 12 adults and 5 children. The home has a great layout throughout. The elevator is a plus for hauling luggage and groceries to the upper floor. The heated swimming pool was used every day by the children. The location of the house being in between the lagoon and the beach was an added plus. Our son-in-law brought his boat and took the kids fishing in the lagoon. They fished off of the fishing ramp and around the boat slip. What memories! We will definitely come back to Morning Breeze. The only negatives that we could write up were that the pantry closet in the kitchen needed shelving. Also, we had an 18 month old toddler. We had to improvise a make shift “baby gate” to prevent him from falling down the stairs to the lower level. The swimming pool crew came to clean the pool and were very friendly. The maintenance rep came to adjust the TV and he was very accommodating to make certain all of our tech needs were met. Come to Morning Breeze. You’ll not be disappointed. The elevator was such a plus! It was so nice when bring things in and out.

I felt like I had won the lottery! The house was huge. Much bigger than the pictures look. The heated pool was wonderful too. We booked again for next year in this same house.

We had 6 couples last year and 5 couples this year who spent the week at this gorgeous house. Everyone had their own private bathroom and there is plenty of space for privacy if you want it or gathering space to comfortably be all together. We had one wheelchair and the house worked great for her needs (the pool is not accessible, however, but we were able to get her pool side every day). There is plenty of refrigeration for drinks and food, 2 dishwashers, stoves, ovens and an ice maker. The pool is the place we spent most of our time and will probably never rent another house without one. Although the beach is just across the street, nothing beats a pool to hang out with your friends. Don't hesitate to rent this house with the beautiful views and quality decor and feel.

This was our second stay at Morning Breeze and we absolutely love it! We had 6 adults and 4 grandchildren and a friend for each of them and there was plenty of room! The well equipped kitchen made cooking a dream. So much that we didn't go out to eat at all! The dock was perfect to tie the boat up and with double red flags at the gulf, we floated around in the pool and the lagoon and the water was gorgeous!

The property is excellent! We had grandparents, two families of four, and an aunt who were all quite comfortably accommodated. The living space is vast and gave everyone, especially the kids room to do their thing! It was immaculate and exceptionally well appointed. Having balconies on both sides allowed us to be outside tucked away, despite the strong winds. When requested the pool temperature was turned up promptly(thnaks). Only “complaint” is the house needs larger coffee mugs instead of the tiny cups and saucers. Location is quiet and beach access is directly across street - a short sandy walk. We loved this place!

I cannot say enough positive remarks about Morning Breeze, Managemant team and other staff members. The house is absolutely beautiful! We felt at home immediately. There were 12 of us and everyone enjoyed themselves and lived the house. It is well thought out for a large group. Plenty of cooking and dining dishes, pots, pans and utensils. For a large group everyone still had privacy because of the layout of the house! We experienced Tropical Dtorm Gordon and the management team called us several times, came by to secure items and brought flashlights and lanterns! Very impressive! The house was immaculately clean and very well built! The pool was perfect as was the pier and dock for the fisherman in the group! It is the most relaxing setting for a fun yet quiet vacation!! We will definitely be back!!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our three children and 8 grandchildren. It was one of the best vacations. We had so much room and it was a quiet place away from all the hotels but close enough to the food and shopping. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The kids did fishing off the pier and we walked to the beach. I would recommend this rental to everyone who likes a relaxing vacation

Wow!! This house had it all from the first step inside. It’s beautiful can’t miss the water at both ends of the property. For us it was great to get away from all the commotion of people and spring break..teenage boys were even entertained with ****/seashell hunting. The house was roomy enough that when some got sunburned they weren’t on top of each other crabby..lol we will be booking this house again! Thanks for the great family memories!!!!

Our entire family enjoyed the vacation home. The amenities as well as the comfort the home provided far exceeded our expectations. The home was surprisingly convenient to shopping of all types as well as attractions. The beach was right across the street and allowed for easy enjoyment. We loved this house! The location was great and the house was awesome! Let me start with location: it was at the quiet end of Gulf Shores, so no traffic but a very close drive to anything. Usually my family wants to be gulf front, but everyone agreed this house was the best of both worlds... right on the lagoon with a boat dock and just a quick walk across a quiet street to the uncrowned beach. The lagoon was great we brought kayaks and a boat and it was really fun, next year we will bring the jet skis!
The house was awesome... we were a big group ranging in age from 2 to 92 years old and it suited everyone perfectly. The house was very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to be together or to find their own space. The dining table was wonderful it seated 16 with 10 additional bar stools. We usually go out and eat a couple times when at the beach but after the first night out we decided it was a lot more fun to cook in this beautiful well appointed kitchen and all sit together at one table! Everything in this house is so well thought out, every bedroom had a bathroom plus two half baths, two dishwashers, two gas stoves, three refrigerators etc.... the elevator was a nice feature for my 92 year old dad and many enjoyed the extra living space upstairs. The pool was a good size and fun for everyone and I loved the location that lead right out to the beautiful dock.
Did I mention the house was beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail.
We were the first renters so we're excited with the brand new but a little nervous before we got there.... but no worries, Geoff met us at the house to give us the grand tour...he was great to work with! The repairman Joe was top notch, very nice and helpful. Thank you for a great vacation in a beautiful home...we will be back next year! Pat and family

We just returned from our yearly family vacation at Gulf Shores. Our family staying ranged in ages of 70 to two 4 year old cousins. Morning Breeze was exquisite! The home is exceptionally beautiful! The decor was gorgeous. The views are incredible. We all really loved the home! Bedrooms were large and extremely comfortable! Everyone enjoyed the pool daily and the kids swam day and night! This home gives you all of the options anyone may want- pool, lagoon at your backdoor and the beach still so close you can see and hear it! I extensively researched rentals for the past 3 trips and each time have chosen to stay at a rental from Gulf Shores vacation rentals because of the SUPERIOR service and overall experience that we have had from both, each rental property and the rental company- Susan and Geoff. They are 100% committed to making sure your visit is everthing you want and more. Geoff supplies his cell number and you can contact them 24/7 if need be. They respond immediately even if it's something small that can wait he will send someone to take care of anything that comes up! So professional and just a pleasure to deal with!

This is a most amazing property. We had 9 adults and 4 children in our family. Everyone was comfortable and more than enough space for themselves. The children loved the pool. The beach was a short distance away from the house (down the driveway) and was equally wonderful. The house had all the amenities needed for a large group and the kitchen....Oh my.... I would love to have one just like it. October is a great time of the year to go to the beach, I would encourage anyone looking at this house to RENT IT!

I have come to Gulf Shores for vacations on and off for the past 40 years. There is no comparison between this and the previous beach houses we have rented. Absolutely luxurious. In pristine shape. I believe this has ruined me from ever staying anywhere else. The only slight improvement would be the inclusion of some over-sized coffee mugs. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped when it comes to dishes and cookware. You just might want to bring your favorite mug to fill and drink on the bench swing in the boathouse over looking the lagoon. It's a fantastic way to start your day.

Morning Breeze was an absolutely beautiful home. The pictures which are nice do not do it justice. The spaciousness was awesome. We only stayed 5 nights after evacuation from hurricane Erma. Cannot wait to return. The kitchen is a chefs dream! It was immaculate not a speck of dust anywhere. The elevator was a great convince. Super nice!!! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!
