The main floor has expansive living and dining areas bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows which showcase breathtaking Gulf views. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, a large island, and all other essentials that make meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The dining area is complemented by drip and Keurig coffee makers and a wet bar with an undercounter ice maker and beverage fridge. This level also features a beachfront primary King suite offering a private oasis with stunning views, a wonderful en suite bathroom including a separate bathtub and shower, and access to the beachfront porch. The floor is complete with a spacious laundry room and a powder room for convenience and utility.

The top floor provides additional privacy, sleeping accommodations, and space to relax. 2 beachfront King bedrooms each offer spectacular Gulf views and private en-suite baths. The East Lagoon-View Bedroom features 2 bunk beds plus a trundle sleeping up to 5 with an attached full bath, and the West Lagoon-View Bedroom includes 2 extra-long Full-size beds. A family room provides extra space to relax, watch TV, or read, and a second laundry room makes longer stays even more convenient.

Outside, a spacious deck offers breathtaking Gulf views and plenty of room for outdoor seating and dining, and a gas grill, perfect for beachside barbecues with family and friends, enhances the experience. A 75-foot span of private, soft, sugar-white sand beach is directly accessible from the house, and with a day’s fun complete, the sand can be easily cleaned off with the outdoor shower.

Do South is located 4.4 miles west of Hwy 59 on West Beach Boulevard. While secluded enough to provide peace and relaxation, it remains just minutes from Gulf Shores’ best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. 

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
