Another Round is an exceptional beachfront home, boasting 6 bedrooms plus a bunk room, 7 bathrooms, a private pool heatable from October to May for an additional $60 per day, an elevator, and exquisite finishes throughout. The main floor features an enormous great room with abundant windows providing stunning views of the beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and Little Lagoon. The well-appointed kitchen includes 2 full refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a coffee bar featuring drip and Keurig coffee makers, and ample counter and storage space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry/bar area, perfect for additional storage and beverage preparation with a wet bar featuring an undercounter beverage and ice maker. These features, paired with all the dishes and utensils needed, and the kitchen is fully suited for preparing meals for large groups. The dining area has a long table that can accommodate 14+ guests, and the kitchen's breakfast bar provides seating for another 6. The spacious living room includes plenty of seating and a 75" smart TV. This floor also has 2 King bedrooms, each with an en suite bath, a laundry room, and a powder room.

The top floor has 4 additional bedrooms: 2 with Kings, and 2 with double Queens and a daybed, each with a private bath and access to the beachfront porch. There's also a bunk room with custom XL Twin built-ins that sleeps 4, and an extra full bath. These bedrooms are complemented by a second living area with a foosball table for game room functionality and with a wet bar with an additional coffee maker and an undercounter ice maker and beverage fridge. A large laundry room provides extra convenience.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private heatable pool surrounded by room to relax and dine with lounge chairs and tables. Under the house, hammocks, a porch swing, and a charcoal grill provide yet more opportunities to relax and dine. And of course, just across the dune walkover, a 100 foot stretch of private beach awaits. Beach chairs and an outdoor shower are provided to enhance that beach experience. All of this ensures relaxation, comfort, and joy both inside and out.

Located 5 miles west of the center of Gulf Shores in the lovely West Beach area, Another Round is just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet far enough away to provide a peaceful haven.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
