We had a wonderful time at Southern Grace. House was clean and conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Our only complaint is WiFi went out on Wednesday and was out remainder of our stay. Rental company sent someone out twice but they were unable to get it working. Communication with rental company was great and check in and out was easy. Will use Gulf Shores Rentals for our next trip.

We had a wonderful time in this house! The setup was perfect! The location was great. There was a ton of games and even baby gates and bead rails already there. Tons of outside toys and chairs, it was just perfect for our big group and toddlers! The house was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Would definitely stay again!

We have vacationed in Gulf Shores every summer for almost twenty years and have stayed in Southern Grace beach house six times because we like it so much. The home looks exactly as pictured and is beautiful and spacious. It is in a great location, well stocked, and has everything we need. Two full-sized refrigerators, upstairs and downstairs full-sized washer and dryer, and a separate ice maker are awesome. Great response from the rental company.

We stayed her last year and rebooked for next year. We like to quiet beach a lovely home. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked 5 nights for 15. There is plenty of space for everyone. The beach supply room has tons of items. The main deck table and chairs are showing their age but it was the favorite spot for morning coffee and dolphin watching. We sat outside a lot! Enjoyed our stay so much.

Everything was perfect! We were in town for wedding week for our son and needed lots of space for our 5 grown kids and their significant others. Having 2 full size refrigerators helped as I knew there would be leftovers from all of the events during the week. The kitchen is very well stocked. The storage closet has everything you need for the beach. The views from the porch are gorgeous and the house is far enough away from the high rise condos that beach is not crowded- we were there during a spring break week and enjoyed our time sitting on the beach peacefully relaxing after a year of wedding planning. The home checked all the boxes for us.

We gather with extended family every year and this is our first beach vacation. It really was perfect. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect - between a public beach access and the canel. We had very little foot traffic along our little beach area. We did notice several groups jumping fences on adjoining properties or walking from somewhere down the beach and they set up pretty near us, but they were friendly and we didn't want to shoo them away. The kitchen is full of everything you need to cook. Two washers and dryers allowed us to keep our towels clean. We spent hours on the beach and decks. We decided on the last day to rebook the house, but it was already booked so hopefully we can find a spot just as great as this one. Thanks! It was lovely.

Beautiful house with a great view and direct access to the beach. Would have given 5 stars however there were a few concerns. The carpeting is filthy, spots everywhere. Needs to be replaced throughout the condo. Would be better off with no carpet! Kitchen was pretty well stocked with the exception of glassware - wine & on the rocks glasses would be nice. The grills need replaced also. You have to wash the bath towels that are provided prior to leaving but you are charged a house cleaning fee? Double fridges and ice maker is awesome. Great supply of beach items! Loved the swing underneath the house. Would return to this house if items above are addressed.

We have stayed here the last few years and will return next year , however this year we had an ant problem on the kitchen counter and there was a lack of deck furniture. There were only three chairs for the table and one was tore and one was ready to break. other than that we always enjoy our stay and have a great time.

You cannot beat the view from this house! The dolphins, manta rays, and Blue Angels came to us right in our "backyard"! It was plenty of room for a family reunion. We had trouble with a toilet flushing the first night we arrived and within the hour, someone was there to fix it - fantastic customer service. This was the most relaxing place we've ever stayed and we'll remember it always!

Our large, multi-generational family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southern Grace.
We had both of our mothers, all three of our sons/DIL, and our two grandsons. We dodged two hurricanes and couldn't get in the water, but still had a marvelous time. We played baseball on the beach, hunted sand crabs at night and had some seriously competitive card games in the evenings. The home is conveniently located and the management company was very responsive. I would highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

This is our fourth year staying with our extended family at Southern Grace. There are a total of 10 of us, including four children, and we still had plenty of room to spare. The beach access is amazing and beautiful and the ease of coming back and forth to the house for breaks, lunch, etc. is priceless. Some of our favorite amenities are two refrigerators, ice maker, two sets of washers and dryers, close proximity to the restaurants and shops of Gulf Shores.

We only had a couple of issues during our stay. There was an ant issue in the kitchen this year. This impacted our ability to fully utilize the kitchen island. This is the second year we have noticed the sink backing up when the dishwasher was used, if we had used the disposal at all. The most annoying issue was the squeaky bed in the northwest bedroom on the main floor. However, those are things I simply bring to the management’s attention for the benefit of future guests. None of these impact our impression of Southern Grace or our desire to return again next year.

We have created some amazing family memories at Southern Grace, the management company (Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals) has always been very responsive to us, and the beach trumps everything. We hope to return very soon!

We had three generations at Southern Grace. It was my husband's 75th birthday. We had a problem with the air conditioning on our arrival day, but after we called they sent someone right out. My husband and I rented this beautiful house to accommodate our large family. We came with our 4 adult children, their spouses, and 4 grandchildren. 8 men stayed at Southern Grace for 3 nights in April 2018. House was spacious and clean and very comfortable. We cooked our meals, and the large kitchen with two refrigerators made meal prep a breeze. The bedrooms and baths were very nice, although we really needed one more king or queen size bed. We BBQ'd outside on the ground level and ate on the large picnic table, enjoying the cool breeze. It was a great experience, and we will do it again. This was our 21st golf trip to Gulf Shores.

Our family went to the gulf to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday. There were 12 of us. The house was absolutely perfect! Big and spacious and comfortable. We loved this big and nicely finished home, situated directly in front of the beach. It was easy to go back and forth multiple times a day, and the beach was ours the entire stay. We saw dolphins, caught a few interesting fish, and had a really good time. Only trouble was the jelly fish that we had to learn to dodge a little better, but it had nothing to do with the house!

This home away from home met all of our needs for our extended family of 13, eight adults and 4 children. The home is very spacious and furnished well, even with beach toys and umbrellas. We especially enjoyed having the two refrigerators and two laundry rooms. We found Southern Grace easily off the highway and is close to shopping and entertainment. It is on a quiet beach, not too crowded, and very clean. Overall, it was an awesome place to share good family times.

Our 5 families and a single loved our time at Southern Comfort! The moms and kids planned outings every morning while our Board met and then we spent afternoons and evenings with our families on the beach. A group of 12 adults and 4 young children from our church traveled together to Stay at Southerb Grace in January 2017. We were completely floored with the properties condition. It was better than pictured, having had several updates in decoration and baby and toddler equipment left for us to use! There was even an extra twin sleeping space in the master closet which my kiddos promptly claimed as their own cave! The home was spotless, the kitchen well stocked with appliances, cookware, and dishes! The location was perfect, the only thing we would have changed is to have had slightly warmer weather, although it was warming every day we were there from 45-75 over 4 days. We had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back! Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful time and a well maintained home away from home for us to enjoy!

The house and location was perfect. I loved having two refrigerators and two sets of washer and dryers. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything about our stay in Southern Grace was awesome! The house was so clean & beautiful, just like the pictures! We saw dolphins every morning and collected several sea shells. The property management company was the best I have ever worked with!

This was a much anticipated first beach vacation for our large family. This house on west beach Gulf Shores was a perfect match. Right on the beach with plenty of space to accommodate us. A generous kitchen and dining, well appointed and furnished living and bedroom spaces, and porches to capture the views of creation. Gulf Shores too was a great choice. On beach: first rate sand and surf for castles and cooling off. Off beach: close proximity to surf shops, ice cream and restaurants. Hangouts are close if desired and Mobile and Pensacola are quick drives if day trips are needed. The USS Alabama and Naval Aviation museums were great. Great beach. Great house. Great location.

We enjoyed our week at your beautiful home with our kids and grandkids. It was perfect for all ages. We loved having the washers and dryers on both floors. Enjoyed much time just sitting on the decks watching the waves. The waves were different every day !

Southern Grace is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and has bathrooms galore! It was perfect for our group of 14. The two fridges and ice maker in the kitchen were an added bonus! We had a great weekend at the house and will definitely be back.

Southern Grace was almost perfect! Perfect location and lots of room for a large group...layout great! House was very clean and comfortable and decor was lovely. Two refrigerators was an added bonus!
Only complaints would be that the 3 garbage cans were overflowing when we arrived on Friday and the garbage trucks didn't pick up the garbage until Monday! So we didn't have any place to put our garbage...yuck!!!
Also, the exterior door locks were difficult to operate.
Other than those complaints, our stay was GREAT!

Wonderful home for family trip--3 generations-8 kids,6 adults. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and room to do what you wanted without disturbing others. Lovely kitchen and dining area on tile so easy cleanup. Great blender for afternoon treats . All meals were easily prepared in fully equipped kitchen. We're a family that likes to cook and there was room for everyone in the kitchen and huge bar area. Easy access to shopping for supplies of seafood and steak which was cooked on provided grill. Every meal was a delicious feast. Beautiful view and close walk to beach with lots of available beach toys. This is on the south side of road so didn't have to cross street with this group of small children. This was great in every way--thank you.

We had a wonderful vacation even though it rained. Southern Grace is very roomy and never felt crowded. We loved the porches and the two refrigerators. The beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean. We look forward to renting this property again.

Had an outstanding time with all the family gathered in and out for the week. Lovely home and spectacular view. Location is great; close enough to stores but not in traffic of condos and high rises. Will definitely consider coming back if schedules allow. Thanks for having us.

Our vacation home was clean and very comfortable . My children and grandchildren enjoyed it more than I can say. Staying so close to beach made it very easy with small children. The title explains it well. I would give it excellent all the way. The property owners where very helpful with every thing.

Southern Grace is beachfront home in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is a lovely, upscale house with 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths offering plenty of room for the entire family. We hope you'll find the same sense of peace that we do on this beautiful stretch of sugar-white beach.

Enjoy 3 king bedrooms (1 with a daybed & trundle), 3 queen bedrooms (1 has 2 queens for a total of 4 queen beds), and 5 full baths. It sleeps up to 16 guests (maximum of 12 adults). Sorry, we are not able to accommodate groups under the age of 25. For Hangout Festival there is a Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit to ensure the house is left as expected.

The main floor has a great room that spans the width of the house and offers nearly floor to ceiling views. The large kitchen has 2 refrigerators and lots of counter space for families that like to cook together. There is a large laundry room and you'll find 2 king bedrooms, each with adjoining baths (one also opens to the hall).

Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms including the beachfront king master, a bedroom with a pair of queens and a private bath, a bedroom with a queen and an adjoining bath that also opens to the hall, and a cozy queen bedroom down the hall. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, and of course we have WIFI.
