⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Beautiful — Perfect for a Large Family!What a beautiful home! It was absolutely magnificent and truly perfect for our group of 18. There was so much space that no one ever felt like they were on top of each other. With bathrooms everywhere, comfortable beds, clean linens, and beautiful furnishings, it was obvious that a lot of thought and care went into making the entire home comfortable, cohesive, and welcoming.The amenities were fantastic. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and so many thoughtful extras we wouldn't have even thought to bring. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have with such a large group, and the parking was excellent. The only small suggestion we would make would be to add a second coffee pot—one just couldn't quite keep up with 18 people in the morning! ☕️I was especially concerned about the walk to the beach because of the varying ages in our group, but it was incredibly quick and easy. That was a huge plus for our family.One tip for future guests: because the house is in a more secluded area, I would recommend getting your groceries before checking in. There are restaurants nearby, but having everything you need when you arrive makes it even easier to settle in and enjoy your vacation.We had such a wonderful stay that our family has already discussed coming back. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for hosting us and providing such a beautiful place for our family to make memories together. ❤️

My husband and I celebrate her 50th wedding anniversary and decided to do something special with the kids so we rented this beautiful home in Gulf Shores right on the ocean. It was amazing. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make big meals for the whole family and the ice machine was an added bonus! The mattresses were very comfortable to sleep on. Of course the views were incredible and our kids had so much fun on the beach. The pool was a highlight since it had a chiller on it which made the water so enjoyable. The Management company gives you discounted tickets and sometimes free tickets to do activities which we took advantage of every day such as parasailing, playing golf and putt putt golf. We made memories to last a lifetime at Morning View!

We have stayed at VRBO properties for years. This was the nicest property yet. It was exactly as advertised with beautiful views and a well maintained, gorgeous house. The company that owned the property was terrific. They were extremely responsive with questions and met all of our needs. I was able to talk to people on the phone when I needed something, but also through the app for general instructions. There were plenty of beach chairs at the house. We brought our own but didn't need to. We have recommended this home and this company with several friends since we've been back! As an added bonus, we got free experiences everyday though a company that they must contract with. At first I assumed this was some sort of scam, because it seemed too good to be true, but we looked into it and used the parasailing experience. It was fantastic. Various people in our party used the different experiences several days we were there. It was a fantastic bonus we weren't expecting. There were 20 of us and I think we used about $500 worth of different experiences.

Perfect house for a large crowd allowing privacy and spacious sleeping arrangements. Any quirks needing fixing were addressed immediately. Views. Privacy. Luxury. Cozy. Everything we wanted and more. We loved our stay at Morning View! Beautiful views of the beach and so easy to get to/from the beach. Bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and room darkening curtains. Having laundry and a living room on every floor was great! The kitchen was stocked very well with cooking supplies. There was need for a few things, such as additional baking sheets and larger cutting boards. But in general, we had most everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. The beach chairs need to be replaced, but there were plenty there for us to at least use, just not good condition. The pool was a great size for the kids to play in, and the beach was never crowded. Management responded quickly when we had an issue with the dishwasher and ice maker. Although, the ice maker still didn't make much ice. I'd plan to buy your own ice. There's plenty of room in the freezers. We will definitely recommend to others and would definitely come back!

The house is as advertised! We had 17 in our group and all of them said it was one of the best houses we have had on our many visits to Gulf Shores / Orange Beach / Destin areas. I highly recommend the IBeach Equipment Rental service. They provided our beach canopy, chairs and 2 kayaks. They set up and removed the beach equipment each day as required. Excellent service. We would definitely consider renting this house again on future trips.

We absolutely loved this house! Amazing views and tons of space for our group of 25 aging from 1-72. Great location! House was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils. Having an elevator was great for getting luggage up and down instead of having to carry up flights of stairs. Washers and dryers on every floor was a huge plus as well. We did have a small issue with a dryer not working, sent a text, and someone was there within a few hours to fix. Great customer service any time we had a question! Would definitely stay there again!

Five Days did not seem long enough to enjoy the GORGEOUS and well kept Morning View Beach Home. The VIEW of the blue ocean and openness of the main floor living room was breathtaking!!!The kitchen was very well stocked. Prompt responses to my questions from Gulf Shores property mgmt was an added benefit when planning a large party gathering. We did opt for heating pool in 2nd week of October but the Ocean was actually warmer. The additional living areas were more spacious than they appeared in photos so that was a huge plus too!! All of our guests were just in awe of the entire home and location!! Also heads up no gas grill and two small charcoal grills. We used them both! It’s Morning View is MUST to ENJOY!!!

We have rented the same house for several years. We have never had any major issues...this year was just an issue with an ac drain pan and the maintenance personnel came immediately and took care of it. Wow! What a great week we had at this beautiful beach house. From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed with the amenities, layout, cleanliness, views, etc.... Our extended family of 12 had an amazing time. From our 90 year old matriarch, to our newest 3 month old addition, there was plenty for everyone. We all had our own spaces to relax, play games, read, watch movies, sleep, fish, swim, cook, and the list goes on. We can’t think of another thing we could have asked for. We had a few things we needed in the house that were not there when we arrived, and the management was SUPER responsive to our needs! The service was great! This house and the management team exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to revisit this beach house with our family!

Amazing Property right on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I loved the big couch and kitchen table so that everyone could be together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had lots of extras, ice maker was a plus! The elevator made it convenient to load and unload. Great views of the beach from the house and pool. Even when you were in the pool, you felt like you were at the beach. Beds were comfortable and AC worked fantastic.

The only downside were the biting flies the first few days made being on the beach miserable. We had to use insect repellent on top of our sunscreen. Even at the house they were bad. We discovered that when the wind blows from the North, they blow in from the bay area. The wind changed and it improved the rest of the week.

We stayed for the week with 3 families -- 6 adults and 16 children, ages 1 to 13. We have stayed in many beach homes over the years, and this one was the best by far! The house was in excellent condition and very, very clean on arrival. The heated pool was AMAZING to have right on the deck, overlooking the beach and ocean, which was only steps away. The setup of the bedrooms worked excellent for our group, and we could have easily slept more people. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an abundance of living space for everyone to spread out and chill when we weren't at the beach or pool. The management company was extremely responsive and answered any questions/concerns within minutes, providing excellent service. Would highly, highly recommend -- 10/10!

This is a wonderful property in a great location, far enough away that we almost had a private beach but close enough to run out if need be. Highly recommend this house. The only issue we had was the pool was supposedly heated to 88 but never got above 72. Made it a little hard on the kids. Still would not keep me from coming back. The pool pump just needs to run 24/7 in order to keep the water circulating to keep it warm.

This is the second time of our family of 28 staying here. It is a beautiful house in a great location and our family loves it. Our only complaint is that there were several things this time requiring maintenance. The sliding glass door was broken with a sign reading “do not use” and this is the same door that was broken the year before. The door to the pool was also broken and had to remain propped open throughout the day for use IF we could get it open that morning. The lights to the stovetop were like a strobe when turned on and the trash had not been removed from the outdoor cans so we had no place for our trash the first couple of days. One of the dishwashers Start button does not always work and dishes had to be moved from one washer to the other. I just feel for the price paid, these small things should be addressed and/or repaired.
Overall this is a wonderful home and we plan on returning. We would just like to not deal with the various maintenance issues.

Our family rented Morning View for the 3rd year (and our 4th time in a GS Vacation Rental). The house is very well laid out for socializing and dining together as a group as well as flowing from the living area to the pool area to the beach area. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only issues were a lack of enough forks and limited number of knives for food prep. The property is beginning to show wear and tear a little but since we have stayed in the same house each year we know what to expect. We are likely to stay here again in the future.

The house is breathtaking and the location is phenomenal - private, but not too far from the main strip in Gulf Shores.
The people at Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals were fantastic to work with. They (and the owner) were very accommodating in order to make our trip phenomenal.
The private beach is gorgeous. The pool has a great view of the ocean. Previous guests left beach gear below the house.
The elevator was helpful to transport luggage.
5 bedrooms have an attached balcony overlooking the ocean. All rooms have a view of the ocean.
The main floor is breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows with a large porch. The kitchen area on the main floor is beautiful. There is plenty of space to cook and entertain a large family. We absolutely loved the long dining table.

The beach house was gorgeous. Very clean and perfect for our family. Wish we could stay forever! We had to leave two days early because family had to go home to New Orleans to secure homes and evacuate. The rail on the steps to the beach is very loose and could use some maintance.

I cannot express how fabulous the vacation home was for our group of 20, ranging in age from 7 - 70! The property manager reached out to us several times to welcome us, make sure we had everything we needed, and to bid us farewell. You will not be disappointed!

Our family group of 18 adults and 10 children had a terrific time at this wonderful, well equipped home. Plenty of room, a huge kitchen/dining/living room for gathering. Lots of 'beach " items under the house for using at the beach. Parking got a little tight at times with 8 cars and another refrigerator, perhaps on the ground floor off the parking area would be helpful for all the beverages a large group has. All we ran out of was "more time in Gulf Shores."

Beautiful house, immaculate. Had an amazing kitchen. The only issue we had was that we paid for the pool to be heated, and contacted the management and it was never fixed. The pool was freezing cold to the point we were unable to use it.
Besides that we had a great trip despite the wind and double red flags. We just enjoyed looking at the view and tremendous waves. We would love to rebook in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful and the best place my family has ever stayed. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could want if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking, which we did. The fact that every bedroom has its own bath makes this a perfect home, and having so many king size beds is great. Would definitely recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our time at Morning View in Gulf Shores. It offered a beautiful retreat away from the hustle and bustle to relax and enjoy time with family. The house layout was very logical and the amenities were at or above our expectations. We have already rebooked for next year.

We spent a week in October at the Morning View -- 5 families with kids.

The layout of the house is perfect for a big group. Each floor has its own living area, which was perfect for the adults to have their own space and the kids to have a play area. The pool was clean and heated perfectly.

The house was well stocked and clean when we arrived - beach chairs, BBQ equipment, cooking equipment, decent knives (many things that other properties don't always have).

The management team was in contact with us regularly and they were very professional.

We hope to come back soon.

I can't imagine a better setting for our business leadership retreat. Plenty of room and the house is fully stocked with everything you need. Strongest wifi I've ever had in a rental.

10 people with plenty of space. Could not have been cleaner! Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals were excellent in communication from beginning to end.

This property is absolutely amazing. Everything is top of the line - tall ceilings, 8 ft doors, high-end appliances, beautiful decor etc. We had 7 small kids and the pool is fenced in and easily visible from the large living area and kitchen. Private boardwalk out to the ocean, sand on beach is clean and super fine white sand. We had more than enough space for our families. Would love to go back.

The Morning View house is a perfect beach house setup - plenty of bedrooms and each floor has its own large family gathering area. Kitchen and dining room table equipped for 20+ people. Pool is large and there are porches galore! We had a couple of minor issues with the Tropical Storm and GSVR had repair folks there in short order. It is a beautiful property and we have already booked for next year!

We were very lucky and were able to rent Morning View very last minute. When we arrived we were blow away with how beautiful the house was and what a great location. We had more than enough room to for our family of 14. The house is beautifully decorated and it was so nice to have living rooms on each level so that everyone had their own space. The deck, pool and private beach were amazing. I would also highly recommend the IBeach service. It was so great to have beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us everyday. The only small negative about the house was there were not full length mirrors, which would of been nice to have. Overall everything was totally amazing, house, service and beach. We definitely will use this house again.

Morning View is a stunning 9 bedroom, 11.5 bath custom beachfront home sleeping up to 30 and designed for relaxation and comfort. This spacious retreat features an elevator, multiple living areas, and a pool heatable from October to May for $60 per day, and luxury finishes throughout. Thoughtfully designed, the home includes a handicap-friendly bedroom and bath, making it ideal for multi-generational gatherings.

The main floor begins with an enormous great room with floor-to-ceiling sea views, an expansive living area, a 16' dining table that seats 16-20 guests, and even more seating at the kitchen island. The well-equipped kitchen features abundant counter space, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 2 full refrigerators, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for large groups. This level also includes 2 beachfront King bedrooms. The east bedroom boasts a private porch and a fantastic bath with a double vanity, separate bathtub and shower, and a water closet. The west bedroom also features a private bath. A poolside half bath and a laundry room round out the floor.

The middle opens on another expansive living room with plenty of seating, game room functionality through a foosball table, a wet bar with another coffee maker and an undercounter beverage fridge, and an adjoining hall bathroom. This extra space is further improved by views that span from the Gulf in the south to Little Lagoon in the north. On the floor, there are also 4 beachfront bedrooms, 2 Kings and 2 with a pair of Queens, which all boast private baths and access to beachfront porches. The nearest bedroom to the elevator, the west King, has a handicap friendly bath. The level is finished with a laundry room.

The top floor is anchored around a spacious light-filled family room. This offers a space for relaxation and entertainment and is enhanced by a wet bar with an undercounter beverage fridge. A final 3 beachfront bedrooms lie on this floor: 2 King suites with built-in XL Twin Daybeds and 1 bedroom with a pair of Queen beds, all with private baths. The sleeping accommodations are complete with a sleeping nook with 2 built-in XL Twin Daybeds and 2 XL Twin Trundles adjoining a full hall bath. A final touch is another laundry room for added convenience.

Outside, the main floor deck and its upstairs sister offer breathtaking sea-views from space perfect for relaxation or al fresco dining. Just a few steps further, a private heatable pool begs to be enjoyed for a refreshing dip or poolside lounging. Underneath the house, the possibilities expand with a picnic table, a large charcoal grill, and expansive shaded seating and living space. Then, just across the dune walkover, a wide private stretch of enchanting white sand beach calls out with sun, sand, and sea. Returning to the home satisfied is ensured by an outdoor shower. 

Located in the quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores, just 5.2 miles from Hwy 59, Morning View offers serenity and intimacy while also being just minutes from the best local restaurants, shops, and attractions.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties.
