Loved Lemonade

Our family had a great time staying at Lemonade. The house was clean and roomy. We loved the pool area so much that we spent no time ion the beach, which was about a five minute walk to the walkway. We had a group of 15 and it was nice that each of the kids had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Mistake we made was having the teens on the first floor. Next time I would put them up on the third floor because there are A LOT of stairs.

The only issue we had was with the internet and a couple TVs. We arrived on Saturday and that night found that most of the TVs would not connect to the network. I called the next morning and they had someone come out that afternoon. It was found that the extender for the third floor had been removed. We had to wait until Monday for the extenders to be replaced. So another evening with no TVs in a couple of the north bedrooms. Once the extenders had been replaced, service was fine in all bedrooms except the three northeast bedrooms (each floor). I called again Tuesday and was told someone would be out. In the afternoon the TVs appeared to be working, so I cancelled. Again that night, the TVs in those three bedrooms would not connect to the network. By this time I was tired of calling so we used our devices in the evening to watch TV. Our Firesticks, Roku sticks, and iPads connected to the network just fine. Not sure why the TVs would not.

One recommendation I would make to the home owners is to have a half bath under the house. Luckily for us, the two people on the pool side first floor bedrooms allowed everyone to use their bathrooms instead of having to run to the second floor half baths or all the way to your own bath on the third floor.

All in all, we would definitely stay again if going back to the Gulf Shores! Management was great about responding to my calls. The house was cleaned and nicely furnished. And the location was great.

Great house (except the stairs). Good work out though! Some things did not work, like one of the microwaves, loose door handles, dryer vents that were so clogged it could have been a fire hazard. Major problems were dealt with quickly, like the air conditioner and pool pump. Overall we made many long lasting memories.

Great house. Bedroom and Bathroom set up was great. Great that it has two kitchens with several refrigerators. Stoves and dishwasher could be updated. Several dining tables and two different living room spaces. Wished they had propane for gas grill.

The Lemonade Stand was perfect for our Large family vacation! The 2 kitchens are stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds, and the large private pool was refreshing! I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

This property is great for a large family, friend reunion etc. If you have trouble with stairs, this place isn't for you. Its 3 levels, huge rooms, two full kitchens with 2 dishwashers each. Tons of beach chairs to use, a garage fridge for extra drinks. I can't begin to list all the positives on this home. We will stay here again. I do wish you could see the gulf... and I wish there was direct access to the beach. But the walk to the beach is only 5 mins. So totally doable.

Pool area was awesome. Big enough for a volleyball game.

We loved staying at the lemonade stand. It was 14 of us and we had lots of room and privacy. The kitchens were a plus with the cooking. The stairs were challenging but good exercise. Some of the sliding doors were hard to open or lock.

This was the perfect location for a family gathering! Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, clean, very supportive staff. VERY close to public beach access, the pool area was relaxing, and multiple sitting areas to come together or find a bit of privacy. We'd love to come back!

Great house for our family of 22. Plenty of space to spread out and the pool was amazing for us all to hang out. Wish we would have had a connection to the close walkthrough to the beach that said it was for Harris properties only. Even with wagons it was a little ways to the beach. Close to everything we wanted to do,and liked the 2 free tickets for attractions and all the starter stuff in the house. But with the rental cost we were surprised at how repairs or replacements that were needed. I will say when we saw the railing on the steps to the pool was disconnected from the post they came out right away and repaired it. Overall a great family vacation.

Our family of 30 had a wonderful time at the Lemonade Stand! We loved the double kitchen and big dining and living room. The heated pool was also a big hit with the grandkids! We would definitely recommend this home!

I have no complaints about this place at all! We had one issue with a TV and someone was sent over right away to make it right. Appreciate the quick responses. This is the perfect spot for a large group of people. The spacing is idea and to add a cherry to the top each room has it's very own private bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. Our week staying in Lemonade Stand was wonderful! Our entire family of 32 were able to stay and play together! Tracy from GSVR was fabulous and answered our needs immediately. The accommodations were great and we were all comfortable. The only drawback was the stairs! Thank God for young strong grandsons to carry things in and out for us! Enjoyed the property for a family reunion.
All 26 of our family members comfortably fit in the house with plenty of room to have some separation but many many amenities at your fingertips. If in doubt, HEAT THE POOL, our grandkids LIVED in it all week. Dual kitchens perfect for Seafood Feasts and cooking for an army. Great outdoor areas in any weather. Good Times !! We had a severe thunderstorm that struck the property our second night and Management was notified immediately of a noisy pool heater after the storm. A tech was out promptly the next morning �� Definitely recommend this rental company.

We stayed at the Lemonade stand in March and it was a perfect house for 30 people! We had enough space and the pool was a big hit. We did pay extra to heat the pool and I highly recommend it especially in the cooler temps. We were high 60s-low 70s the week we were there and having the pool heated made it bearable to get in the water. The ice machines in both kitchens was a huge plus with that many people, we never ran out of ice! We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi going out most of the week we were there so that was a bummer, especially with teens and older kids not being able to watch movies, etc but it wasn’t the owners fault and they brought a hotspot that helped connect a few devices. The maintenance team responded quickly to any issue we had. We would highly recommend this property!

We have rented a lot of condos and houses and this one was by far the most equipped we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is there - every kitchen item (4 coffee pots + 2 K-Cup pots), 4 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators + a drink fridge, 4 washer and dryer combos, tons of beach chairs, and on and on! The beds are really comfy. The furniture is beautiful, and the view and location are perfect for the beach and restaurants. The rental company's communication was excellent and timely. Space for multiple cars to park, steps from the beach (which was not crowded in April), and the pool is nice. I would not recommend this place if you have elderly people though. There are a lot of stairs. I would not let the stairs deter you otherwise because it was a perfect home! Huge and fully stocked! I do not know these people so if it sounds like I am going on and on it's because it really is that great! The only odd thing was washing your own towels before checking out - not a deal-breaker but sort of odd from a cleanliness port of view. We will definitely book here again though!

Overall we had an outstanding time. Plenty of space in the house so no one was on top of each other. A few minor things I brought up to the management company. If you pay to heat the pool, don't expect to use the first day if the weather is cool outside. It barely got warm enough on the second day to use. The management staff was very professional and curtious.

To sum it up, WE HAD A BALL! The descrip Of the house accurately described the house. We had no surprises. The two kitchens side by side were amazing! As well as the two gathering spaces. Location of property is perfect, close to all of the shops & restaurants. Property is great for large families or groups. Only thing I wish it had was an elevator for ease of getting luggage & groceries up & down & handicap accessibility. There are a couple minor issues that need to be addressed by the property management team that I noticed, sinks in kitchen tend to drip & there was an air conditioner issue with the top floor left side gulf front bedroom. It was much warmer in that room compared to the rest of the house. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property. We had a great time & thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This was a fantastic setup for a large group. The pool area is phenomenal with plenty of chairs and a nice inter-pool lounging area. The maintenance company was responsive to any issues same day. The Lemonade Stand was perfect for our large family vacation! We had 34 people ranging from 1 to 70 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is in a great location with a short walk to the beach and minutes away from many different activities. The pool was perfect and we especially loved the small kid area where the little ones could play. Another favorite was the ice machine, washer/dryer and two dishwashers on each side of the house. The kitchen had everything you could want to cook large family meals. By far, everyone's favorite place was the covered area below the house. We played games, ate dinner at the long picnic tables and just hung out in this shaded area that always had a great breeze. We also took advantage of the many beach toys and chairs that were in storage. There was also plenty of room to park 10 cars in the driveway. I am so glad that we found this house for our family vacation!

The Lemonade Stand was a great house for our group of 10 golfers all wanting their own room. We were able to enjoy the shared space together as it was plenty large enough for us.

This location was perfect for access to the courses we played, the restaurants we used and of course, the beach. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

The only negative for us was the heated pool. The water was clear and beautiful, but much too cool to swim in October. This is one of the few houses available that does not charge for the pool heat so I really can't complain but I would not count on using the pool this time of the year.

Overall, it's a great property and a great value. I would stay there again.

All 38 of us enjoyed our stay at the Lemonade Stand. Even with the broken pipe & ice maker repair (service people came promptly to fix) we had a wonderful time and would recommend it to our friends. If you ever feel cleanliness is an issue, please let us know! We want to fix that for you! Lemonade Stand is located across from the beach. It is priced as off-the-beach, but its location is still not beachfront. We discovered during their stay several laundry appliance issues and replaced 2 of the washers, and 2 of the dryers so hopefully the condition issues have been resolved!

The Lemonade Stand is a wonderful rental property that far exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 30 people (12 adults and 18 kids) hat stayed here for our spring break. The house has plenty of room for people to do things together, but also enough spaces that we could find a quiet location if we wanted to read. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and a bathroom attached to their bedroom.

The swimming pool located on the property and the beach located across the street gave a couple different options for relaxing outside and the shops, restaurants, and attractions of the Gulf Shores area were all within a fairly short driving distance.

The home was very clean and well-furnished and equipped. We would highly recommend this property to anyone with a big group.

I would highly recommend this house. I had a group of 24 people for a work event and there was plenty of room for everybody. The house is kept up very well and has anything/everything you could possibly need. The location is right across the road from the beach and takes roughly 60 seconds to be on the beach. The property manager got back with me within minutes of any question I had throughout the weekend. We will definitely be coming back!

This house was awesome! Not only is it enormous, it's a three minute walk to the beach. It was in great condition, kitchens were very big and updated, pool was clean, tons of patio chairs. I would recommend this house to anyone that had a large group going to Gulf Shores! If I ever go back in the future and need a big house, I would absolutely try to rent this place again! Well, Ofcourse we booked in advance and got there and it was so cold we couldn't even get in the pool or get in the gulf! I am going to be honest we had some issues with the condo. Some cleaning issues but I think the owners know about it and are going to fix it !! There are stairs even when you walk in to get to the first floor you have to walk up a flight of stairs. We will not go back unless there is an elevator!! I will say someone forgot a pair of shorts and they are sending them to us in the mail so that is very nice !

Sorry! We cannot control the weather and hate that it was cold during your stay. All homes here are built one story off the ground so houses here definitely have stairs if you are looking for something with this many bedrooms. We do have a number of houses with elevators if you want or need one. The cleaning issue was taken care of the day after they arrived--a simple phone call, and a training opportunity for a new cleaner to "be sure you look at". Fixed, right then. Just call us if you need us.

The Lemonade Stand was the perfect beach house for our family vacation. It looked just like the pictures on the website showed. It was clean and inviting. We especially liked the kitchen area on both sides of the house. Both kitchens come with 2 dishwashers on each side (for a total of 4 in the house), a large refrigerator, a large ice maker separate from freezer and a separate drink cooler. The pool was also perfect...large enough for all members of our party (24 people) to be in and around the pool at the same time. The beach was just a short walk across the street. The house was well equipped with anything you may want/need for the pool or the beach. The house was also close to restaurants and family fun (putt putt golf, go carts, ice cream, shopping, and water activities). Our favorite place was The Hang Out - good food and fun for all family members, young & older. The owner contacted us on move in day to ensure we were getting settled and to see if there were any issues that needed to be addressed (there weren't any). Our only "complaint" if you want to call it that was the lack of a 1/2 bath closer to the pool area. It is on the 2nd level with the kitchen. It would have been nice to have an outside bathroom closer to the pool. The other "issue" was this house has a lot of stairs to climb. If you are on the 3rd floor it is 57 steps from the bottom up to the third floor. So we put all the younger people up there. Older guests would have a problem with that many steps. We knew about the steps going in and those of us on the top floor took it as a step challenge each day. Overall our family loved the Lemonade Stand and would rent it again. We would recommend this house to family and friends that are looking for a large house to accommodate a large family. Thank you Geoff & Susan! Our family had a great week!

We completed our stay in June with a group of 18 adults and 6 children 4 years and younger. The pool is perfect for all ages. There is a large shallow end (about 6" deep) perfect for small children. We did find that it was very hot and sunny out by the pool so we set up a large tent we bought on the patio for some shade. We loved that every room had a private bathroom plus there were two half baths on the main levels. There are two dishwashers in each kitchen which helped us keep up with the dishes. There is also a smaller drink fridge in each kitchen. Each side has two living spaces - one on the main level and one on the bottom. When we all ate together, we used the four large picnic tables on the ground level. There are TONS of sand and pool toys and chairs. You really don't need to bring any. You have to walk across a fairly busy street to get to the beach, but they provide two wagons to assist with transportation. We had two small maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly. Traffic can be bad along the main road during the common check in/check out times so consider arriving early or later than 4pm and leaving earlier than 9am. Great place to stay for a large group!

We went for the Easter Holiday with 5 members of our family and their children. The house was gorgeous, clean, plenty of room and just overall a great stay. It's close to the beach and the stores. I loved that their were 12 bathrooms we had children in range from 1 years old to 17 years old. We loved having 4 dishwashers and two kitchens which came in handy and the pool was also nice for when the kids wanted to swim and the adults did not want to go to the gym. Get ready to exercise the stairs are killer but i would still rent this house again. The owner gave me a call the day of arrival and I was really impressed with that. We did not have any problems! Love love love this house!

We had a great time at the Lemonade Stand. We had a wedding down at the public beach in Gulf Shores. The entire guest list and wedding party stayed here at the house (approx 35 ppl). We had plenty of room. The house was clean and very very nice. We LOVED the picnic area and around the pool. We 100% will be return guests at the lemonade stand. The one tip i would give you is be ready to climb stairs :)

Please note, Lemonade Stand is available for family events of a size that all guests are staying at the house. It is not available for events with more guests than the house sleeps, but we have other homes that are wedding and event friendly.

Our group of 26 children & adults had a wonderful time at The Lemonade Stand. It is such a beautiful, well-kept property with everything you could possibly need...pool play toys, beach toys, beach chairs, grills, books to read, a fully stocked kitchen, and so much more. The pool was perfect for our group because the kids could continue to swim and play even after the parents were ready to leave the beach. The house kept us all together, but gave us plenty of room to spread out and get a little space when needed. The property owners are great to work with as well. We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again.

This was a wonderful place for our friends & family to come together. There was exactly 40 of us and everyone had plenty of room. The accomodations were just as noted in the remarks. We would definitely stay here again.

Lemonade Stand is an excellent choice for gatherings, located directly across from the beach in West Beach, just 2 miles west of Hwy 59. It's conveniently close to local restaurants and shops, and only half a block from Waves Market and Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails.

The house boasts 13 spacious bedrooms, including 11 King beds and 2 Queen beds. Among these, 2 bedrooms have Twin Daybeds or Daybeds with Trundles. Most bedrooms feature private balconies with views of the Gulf or the pool and Little Lagoon, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV. There are 12 full baths, with 12 of the bedrooms having adjoining baths; the 13th bedroom is next to a hall bath.

Inside, you'll find generous living spaces. The east side features a large living room with ample seating, while the west side offers a dining area with three large tables. The two side-by-side kitchens are well-equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 beverage coolers, 2 undercounter ice machines, 2 double ovens, and 4 dishwashers. For laundry needs, there are 4 sets of washers and dryers.

The 20'x30' private pool, which can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, comes with plenty of lounge chairs. The outdoor area includes a spacious covered gathering space with charcoal grills, four 12' picnic tables, and additional open deck space for outdoor dining. Beach essentials like sand chairs and wagons are also provided for your convenience.

The layout of Lemonade Stand is spread across three floors. The First Floor includes 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a family room, and 2 laundries. The Middle Floor features large living and dining areas, with two King bedrooms overlooking the pool, and two powder rooms. The Top Floor houses 6 bedrooms, including 2 King bedrooms with daybeds, 2 King bedrooms with Daybeds and Trundles, and 2 Queen bedrooms, each with a private bath. This floor also includes 2 additional laundries.

The house is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs. There is an additional pet fee of $348.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
