We had such a wonderful time! We had a total of 34 that spent the week and the house was perfect. Plenty of room and many sections with different things going on at the same time. The kitchen was so well designed, we had many preparing meals at the same time and it all worked in that kitchen. We would suggest that bath mats and extra blankets be added. Our complements to the designer and decorator who oversaw the renovations. Job well done. We can’t make it next year but would like to try again in 2028. Thanks for helping us to make some wonderful family memories!

My family has been coming to the beach for over 20 years. This has been the best house we've ever rented!! This house was amazing!! The thought behind the details made our stay exceptional. The pictures don't justify the wow factor once you walk in and see how beautiful, clean and stylish this house is. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! We loved this house! It was great for our big Track Family!! The kitchens were amazing and helped us provide dinner for all athletes in a quick way! The rooms were amazing and each person competing had a comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub were just a total bonus. Perfect spot on the beach! Our kids had enough room and no rowdy people around us! This was a great place to stay! Made so many memories!

This was one of the best vacation our family had. This home was the highlight of the vacation as this had everything that all age group wanted. It was clean and spacious and more room than we all needed but with the current Covid situation gave us all our own space that we could safely enjoy. The only negative is the property was far from the food so to pick up food daily was an event and we spend a few hours daily getting food for everyone.

We had a wonderful trip - the house fit our needs perfectly!! The space allowed for multiple gathering spots and the kitchen was fantastic for family meals. The pool area can not be beat! They even had a stash of beach chairs and toys!! Any issue we had (which were not many!!) were attended to VERY quickly. We would recommend and we have already booked again for next year!

We have stayed in Halekai III for eight years now and love it. Its perfect for large families! My grandchildren are grown now and still start the countdown to next years stay the day we leave. We all do. This year we endured the tropical storm and still had a great time.

Beautiful home that is very private from the rest of the homes down the gulf. Lots of room to relax, entertain or simply watch the ocean. Parking is the only thing that is needed for this place to be 100% perfect.

Unfortunately parking is the hardest of all things to fix! We are limited to the amount of coverage allowed and with the house so large, there is no more allowable space for additional parking. We encourage you to consolidate cars as much as you can.

This house met our needs perfectly on a recent women's retreat weekend. We had real beds for everyone and large gathering space for all to come together. Another great feature was little sitting areas for more private conversations. Hot tub was appreciated with the cool weather. We loved the easy access to the beach also. Second kitchen was extremely helpful as we cooked all meals in house.

The amount of space was perfect for our family (26 people from 2 -90), the elevator helped with my father being able to get to the other floors. The house was big enough for everyone to be together yet still have their own space. The views of the ocean and beach were fantastic. Pool was the right size for the children. Had some issues with the fridge but it was handled right away. Overall we were very satisfied, we did not use the grill, it probably needs to be replaced or cleaned really well.

Friends and I have been staying at Halekai III every New Years since the day it was built. It is a perfect home for several couples in that all King size bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which we all prefer. The house is well kept and has many living spaces the group utilizes for card playing for the girls and football games for the guys on the many large screen tv's. All in all, it is a perfect rental for our group.

This may express our feelings of Halekai III when my first grandson said "Mamoo, this was the Best family vacation yet!" For the last 5 years our family vacation has been at Halekai III and we plan to continue this tradition! Everything is a very satisfactory and MORE. This year we had a message of the best time to leave Gulf Shore due to heavy traffic, Just one of many extras that we receive and the HOUSE itself is most comfortable; well appointed; comfortable living spaces; TV'S DVD'S,ETC.; clean,always and updated even from last year. AND there is "Bob" to call who is quick to respond if anything does go wrong. As you can see WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT "OUR" VACATION HOME!" WE WOULD RECOMMEND IT ANYTIME; BUT THE WEEK WE HAVE FOR OUR FAMILY !

This was our second year at Halekai III and was again a wonderful experience. The home is just beautiful. There are no bad bedrooms all are great. So everyone has a good experience. The kitchen is the best for cooking, making meals for everyone, plus the catering kitchen adds to making things run smoothly. Susan and Geoff were great to work with, if we had a problem they were right on it. Final note the house is even more beautiful than the pictures. We as a family love it.

Halekai III is the dream house for a family reunion. Right on the beach with a private beach. We had all ages of family from a 3 month old baby to senior citizen. 20 adults and 16 kids. 5 babies under the age of 2. Great kitchen with 2nd kitchen on same main level. Great hot tub. Great outdoor grill. 2 ovens, 2 large refrig and 2 dishwashers. Many different sitting areas for small group fellowshipping. Love love this place. Want to go back every year for our annual family reunion.

Halekai III has officially completed its incredible renovation and is all new, refreshed, and ready to welcome guests! All updated photos are now live, giving you a true sense of the beautifully redesigned spaces, stunning views, and everything guests have always loved—now elevated even more.
So what’s new? An additional bedroom (now 12 total), two more bathrooms (now 13.5), a completely reimagined, show-stopping kitchen, and a brand-new, larger hot tub perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Even better, every King and Queen bedroom now features its own en suite bath for added comfort and privacy. You won’t believe the transformation—it’s everything you loved about Halekai III, and so much more.
So sorry, NO EVENTS, no groups under the age of 25, no bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are not able to accommodate events.
Media Room and 3 living rooms + 2 bonus rooms, each floor has common space area so you can spread out and enjoy the luxury! The private wrap-around balconies will amaze you. Each bedroom enjoys spectacular views of the Gulf or Lagoon, has its own deck. Private hot tub is the perfect touch on one of the many decks. On the ground level you'll find a large private pool, and a big outdoor living space. This area is also perfect for outdoor gathering. Pool heat is available for $60/day.
You'll enjoy 8 King Bedrooms (all with private en-suite baths), 2 Bedrooms that each have Queens and two Twin Daybeds and en-suite baths. The top floor now has 2 bunk rooms, each with 7 built-in twins, and 2 full baths. Each of the 3 floors has a laundry.
Teens can have their own private refuge on 3rd floor with a family room with large TV and kitchenette, 2 bunk rooms and 2 full baths. This breathtaking beach house is located at the quiet end of West Beach, just a few hundred feet from the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. Bring the entire family and then some - everyone sleeps under one roof with lots of private baths, 2 primary suites and plenty of places for the kids.
PLEASE NOTE: Summer weeks are Saturday to Saturday (7 nights), holidays have a 4 night minimum.
