Wonderful home! Great size for our family reunion. Clean, modern, beautifully decorated. Wished the heated pool was a little warmer.

What a perfect beach home! The house is at a perfect location on the beach. Just a walk down the boardwalk to the beach. I would never stay at another property that was not directly on the beach. The convenience of being able to go back and forth to the house all day long and leave our stuff at the beach was priceless.
The home itself has everything you would ever need. Kitchen is amazing and big enough for 4 families! The property was super clean and luxurious. The pool was a bonus I didnt realize I would love with easy access to a poolside bathroom.We had one problem with the elevator, but a repair man was there within an hour to fix it.
Overall, a perfect experience and I cant wait to come back.
We also had a Blue Heron that hung out by the pool almost every day. Our grandchildren loved it!

The perfect house for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and right on the beach. The house was very comfortable, close to everything but private. This house is loaded and has everything that makes accommodating a large crew easy and fun.

Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals was excellent to work with. The rental process was very smooth. The property was clean and comfortable. The layout was good for us and enjoyed the pool and beach access.

We enjoyed our stay. The handicap access was not as helpful as we hoped--bed too high and shower not adequately equipped for a wheelchair user. The home was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The two small charcoal grills were not adequate for cooking for 24 people.

The bedrooms were extremely nice. Very comfortable! We had a couple of maintenance issues when we first got there but they were addressed immediately. The main living area could have been set up better. The swivel chairs were nice but we all wished the couch had faced the other way. We had 12 women and needed more comfortable conversation area. We were not so much into watching television. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay. The house was in great shape, very very clean and had every utensil and pan you could imagine. Extremely well designed kitchen! . Location was spectacular!

This is the 2nd year we stayed at Coastal Comfort. Great House. Great location. My family enjoyed the pool. Kitchen fully furnished. The only complaint I would have is the mattresses. Several family members stated the mattresses were old and needed to be replaced. I was in the back bedroom on the first floor. Same room I had last year. Same mattress from last year. It really needs to be replaced also.

Our three generations (6 couples with kids) have met at Coastal Comfort for an annual reunion three years in a row, which speaks for itself. If the owner(s) ever sell, I would buy it. Although no one spent any time in a bedroom besides sleeping, all eight rooms have a water view, a tv, and an ensuite bathroom. With the double doors to the first floor deck, an elevator and an ADA shower, it is wheelchair accessible. Each year we have brought food, seasonings, baking ingredients and paper products--foil, cling wrap, trash bags, TP, etc--clothes and dishwasher detergents, to avoid the 8 (?) mile trek through traffic to the grocery store. However, a few trips were needed, anyway. The house is six miles from the main road through town and far from hotels or condominiums, so fewer people are on the beach. We rented a huge tent that was set up for us every morning and evening, which was well worth it, allowing us to sit in the shade all day. My only worry with toddlers is the lack of a safety fence around the pool area.

When a group that has been friends for over 50 years can continue to come back to the same place you know it has to be great. Our stay at Costal Comfort this year is a repeat stay. We love the large comfortable home and all of its amenities, esp the elevator! The walkout to the beach is also a bonus. Each large bedroom has its own en-suite. Multiple laundry areas make it very nice. The people on the upper level have their own little coffee area so you don’t have to go far to get your morning fix. We’ll see you next year!

We once again had a fantastic time in Gulf Shores. I was disappointed in the condition of the home though. Electrical outlets tripping breakers in the kitchen for no reason. Security gate headed to the ocean operable but in need of repair. Both back doors leading to the deck are not functioning as they should. Extremely hard to close even for an adult. Painting is tired. Toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom covered in rust.

What a perfect week we had at Coastal Comfort! The house was above and beyond in every way! From the well stocked kitchen, to the heated pool, to all the sitting areas, (and even the elevator) served our needs wonderfully! I’m hoping we can stay there again in the future.

This was the most comfortable home ever! I was with all of my siblings, and we had such a wonderful time as I turned 70 years old. The house is roomy, comfortable; the view is fantastic! We had a lovely time. The staff is awesome. Plenty of space for everyone!

This was a really nice, big house with private beach access. six bedrooms had ocean views and rooms were good sized with comfortable beds. Great access to the beach. Kitchen had great amenities. We would go back there. Only issues were that one of the dishwashers did not work, the rug in the living area was dirty (needed a deep cleaning), and one of the blinds was broken.

Overall, the experience was outstanding! The location was almost perfect. The house was in really good condition and well kept. Plenty of space for all of us. The staff was friendly and very responsive. I would wholeheartedly recommend!

This house has a perfect layout for a large group vacation. The great room in the second floor is the best great room of any beach house I have ever stayed in. A large table sits on one side with views of the pool and the middle section has 4 nice chairs for chatting and the far side is the large TV area with very comfortable couches. On the non beach side is the kitchen that I wish I had in my house. Two fridges, two dishwashers, 2 sinks, 2 range combos all with a 25 foot island with seating for at least 10. All the bedrooms are great with attached baths and the extra half bath connects to the pool patio. The elevator is a nice touch when you have a ton of gear to move to the third floor. This was our second year in this house and we have already booked for 2023.

Coastal Comfort is a great place to stay, and we have booked our third yearly family reunion there. It is clean and the location away from the bustling hoard is good for our group. This summer we saw dolphins each morning, a few rays on our evening strolls and a tortoise. The younger kids love the pool, but the lack of a safety fence is dangerous, considering drowning takes a minute. The house is needing some TLC from the wear and tear that comes with a rental and from a seaside locale. Check in is Saturday at 4:00 PM and check out is the next Saturday at 10:00 AM, making it a short week.

My family has stayed at Costal Comfort for several years. Everyone enjoys the beach, pool, meals we prepare and plenty of games.

This is our third year to stay at Coastal Comfort. We absolutely love the big, beautiful beach home for our annual family beach vacation. The location is amazing, the private beach and not fighting the crowds compared to a high rise condo is the best amenity ever. The property could use a little maintenance though, just from everyday wear and tear (back doors don’t shut well, ice machine had issues, downstairs dryer had issues, gate on walkway needs some repair). Although the staff is amazingly quick to respond and come out immediately for any problems that do arise. We already rebooked for next year. Thanks for another great beach week!

Great week with our family.The house needs one major improvement. None of the doors to the porches worked properly. One of the doors was screwed shut when we arrived and did not know not to open it. Two others had to be locked shut to keep the wind from blowing them open. I hope they will be replaced before we come next year.

Very good. Description was accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. Customer service was good. I would recommend to friends or relatives.

There were several issues involved that could have made the stay better: (1) The two front doors had been damages and one could not be opened. The other was very hard to open or close. They will have to be replaced. (2) The A/C for the second floor did not work properly (Maintenace had to be call 3 time but responded quickly. (3) one of the two dish washers would not work. All three items could not be fixed quickly so were to be fixed after we vacated. Even in the face of the problems we have rented the place for the same week next year with the commitment from the owners that the items would be repaired quickly. With the three problems corrected I would rate this property "5", very satisfied and look forward to it being that way for next year's stay.P

Family reunion. House very nice but a little tired for only being 5 years old. Good thing we stayed 2 weeks so all the problems could be taken care of. The internet was VERY slow and spotty. Could not get it on second floor.
Beautiful beach. Have been to Gulf Shores 15 times before in rentals. Nice there were chairs to take out to the beach. Had some problems with appliances, pool heater, and dirty bed linens. Don’t like that you have to wash towels for next guests. Not very sanitary.

We had a wonderful time with dear friends. This rental is plenty big enough and was so comfortable with everyone!

We absolutely loved this home! We have a group of 6 families that vacation together, this is our 8th year and by far our favorite home. The management company was very professional and responsive to any of our questions. The house had everything we could possibly need and was sparkling clean! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location and loved watching dolphins swim by daily. We will be booking with this management team again!

Our goal was to find a house on the beach so our adult niece could fully participate in festivities while in her wheelchair. Gulf Shores Vacation Rental measured doors and elevator openings before booking! We were all delighted with Coastal Comfort. We had a fantastic Mardi Gras Holiday Girls trip with 14 of us! The home is beautiful, on the beach, heated pool and lovely spaces to share meals, stories and celebrate our youngest sister’s 50th birthday!
We did call our property manager and she was prompt in her response. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the many serving pieces.

Private, quiet and picturesque location offering endless views of beautiful gulf sunrises, sunsets, and frequent dolphin appearances! We appreciated the large outdoor dining table and ample outdoor furniture; including beach chairs and the well-maintained boardwalk! The hammocks, and ping pong table were a hit! We also enjoyed many beach walks to the convenient and nearby Bon Secour National Park/Refuge. Coastal Comfort is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home that offered a welcoming feel. Every detail of this home was thoughtfully considered to offer a memorable vacation stay! Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals offered a pleasant, responsive, and professional experience and one of the best rental companies we have dealt with over our 25 years vacationing at the coast! As a result, we have secured our return vacation through them at Coastal Comfort.

We wanted to gather as a group of 9 adults with a place to make our corporate plans for 2022. We had males and females and needed gathering space but also space for privacy. Coastal Comfort offered the best of both worlds!

Without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed. the building itself was wonderful but what made it extra special was that EVERYTHING you needed for your stay was there. 3 sets of washer and dryers,two stoves,two fridges and all the cooking supplies you will every need.I highly recommend this rental. Infact we are going to rent again.

We had 25 guests this trip and we had more than enough room for everyone! The layout of the house was perfect!

Great location, great house, well maintained, great customer service. This is our second time to stay here and plan to come back next summer.

Besides forgetting to bring pool towels and buying them, we also bought salt/pepper, all condiments, shampoo, Tide, Cascade, etc., and all basic everyday items along with other groceries, yet the good news is Publix delivers! We did bring the little ones' flotation devices and portable cribs. Far from the maddening crowds, the 2017 house's 8 quiet rooms--7 with beach views--all of them had ensuite baths, room darkening shades, comfy beds, main floor powder room that are well placed and appointed along with tvs . Kudos to the architect! The elevator and one wheelchair accessible shower are plusses. The lift was great for easily getting all our stuff to the 2nd and 3rd levels. The centrally located kitchen with two ranges, dishwashers, and refrigerators allow big group food prep while allowing cooks to stay in the mix. The 3 washers/dryers meant we could bring less clothing. The square deck pool with a step-down bench along one side and two steps along another make great sitting spots for all ages. The little ones were happy to find beach buckets and adults were happy to find three folding chairs. The boardwalk across the dunes saves the dunes and beach goers calves. The hose to rinse off sand and the outside shower are perfect. The downers were the ten or fewer live cockroaches, range tops that wouldn't heat high, some needed exterior touch up paint, the charcoal grills and weak spray from most shower heads. Any maintenance needs were responded to quickly, and I expect all these listed negatives will be addressed asap. I rebooked next year and our five kids, their spouses, and our ten grandkids are already looking forward to another family reunion here. (All our travelers flew into Pensacola and rented shuttles. Uber and Lyft were unavailable in Gulf Shores.)

Our grandsons call Coastal Comfort the big house. Everyone loves the beach and likes to cool off in the pool. The house is built for large groups and we enjoy that. The tropical depression kept us in on Friday and made Friday night sleep a problem

we had a wonderful time. the house was perfect for my large family and grandchildren. i know it was off season but it was nice to not have crowded beaches. loved that is was close to stores if needed.

Costal Comfort was fabulous! We are a group friends who have enjoyed our annual beach trip for years and Costal Comfort fit the bill to a tee! The rooms are very spacious and the very high end fixtures. We loved the walk way to the beach and the privacy of the beach once you got there. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were there! Hope to return!

Amazing. The house is absolutely gorgeous with easy access to the beach and all the right amenities! Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows! We had a small leak in an outside pipe and called maintenance and they were there immediately to fix it. The Property management company was easy to work with and very professional. We will highly recommend!!!

We have been celebrating family Xmas every two years at Miltys Martini (aka) Life O’ Reilly But when the hurricane damaged it we were offered Coastal Comfort. It was absolutely fabulous. Loved Coastal Comfort’s boardwalk and great access to the beach. Tasteful decor and comfortable gathering area. Needless to say, Covid 19 made things a little different but we had plenty of room to do our fun activities such as playing games, flying kites, finding shells, taking long walks, and the best part of all enjoying the beach and getting in the ocean. Got to see the dolphins and Blue angels jets practicing. We were able to do carry out food when we needed to and the kitchen provided nice space to cook for our family. Lots of great memories to add to our Gulf Shore family Trip.

We have been vacationing on the beach for 25 years and Coastal Comfort is the best house we've ever rented. Everything you could possibly want is provided in a super clean and comfortable environment. Highly recommend this property.

The house is incredible. Perfect for our group with lots of room. Well stocked for cooking. Great location, close to the beach. The boardwalk was well thought out in getting to the beach.

This was our family's second, consistent year staying at Coastal Comfort. This house continues to offer nearly everything we are looking for; including a large dining table for everyone to enjoy our meals together. In these times of the pandemic; the location offers not only beauty but plenty of space for social distancing from neighboring homes. We've already secured 2021, and are looking forward to our return. If cleanliness, amenities, location and comfort are important for your vacation; we highly recommend Coastal Comfort.

We have stayed at several houses large enough to accommodate our family and this is the best one yet! We already booked next year. I was worried that the pool would be too small but it was just right! The kids loved it because it wasn’t too deep and the adults loved sitting on the ledge with an adult beverage at night. The owners spared no expenses on this beautifully decorated home. We love the private beach away from the busy beaches in the middle of all the condos. The property managers answered all questions very quickly.

This rental home is absolutely gorgeous and has every amenity you'll ever need. The furnishings and décor are superior; not your typical beach furnishings. It's also solidly built so you don't hear noise from other rooms. My family has rented beach homes for 35 years and this house is by far the nicest home we've ever had the pleasure to rent. The rental company was easy to work with and very responsive.

The house was equipped with everything imaginable, and I can’t think of anything that would make it better!!

Overall very except the grill was useless. It was rusty and dirty.

This is the second year in a row that our family has gathered for a week of fun. The house is a great place for great dinners, beach, pool and relaxing.

We rented Coastal Comfort for our family reunion and it was perfect. There were twenty one of us who stayed at the house and it never felt crowded. The house had everything that I had wanted us to have— the elevator, plenty of gathering space inside and out, swimming pool. Beachfront, quiet neighborhood and beach. On the front end I thought it was too expensive, but it was worth every penny.

We have rented beach homes as a family for 20 years and all agree that this was the best home ever. We expected excellence and this home exceeded our expectations. Ownership was also wonderful.

First vacation in 41 years. The house was everything described in the advertising. The location was easy to find, perfect location for us, beach access wonderful. Nice to have a pool. Problems that came up were handled professionally and immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental for 10children and 8 adults.

Our family has been vacationing in Gulf Shores for 30+ years. We've stayed in a few houses over the years and absolutely loved Coastal Comfort. The layout works well for large groups. The ratio of king beds and queen beds are perfect and provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for larger parties. We also thoroughly enjoyed the "extras" like the hammocks, board games, pool floats and beach chairs. As an added bonus, the pool has a fabulous view of both the ocean and lagoon. Susan and Geoff were extremely responsive and truly cared about our experience. We plan on returning to Coastal Comfort for many years to come!

The home was great for our family, everyone said the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen provided a place for family cooking and the grandkids enjoyed the beach and pool. We are coming back next year.

Highly recommend Coastal Comfort and GS Vacation Rentals. The house is beautiful and we had more than enough room for our party of 18 people. We had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and lots of extras you don't usually find when renting through other companies. We have already booked this house for the same week next year and can't wait to go back.

The entire family loved the house. There were a few minor problems but these were addressed quickly. We loved the fact that we did not have to go immediately to the store for paper and soap products. Everyone had one major complaint, the driveway. It is terrible. One little drive for a large house. The sand did not even come up to the concrete. Getting cars in and out was not easy. Also we found many long nails in the sand where you had to drive to park your car in the garage.

We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores for over 30 years. Our family decided this was by far the best yet. The House was beautiful. The place was spotless. The beach was clean. The weather was perfect. The grandkids all decided that next year we should stay for two weeks. The people who took care of the pool were exceptional. They treated the kids so kindly. They worked so hard to ensure we had a clean and warm pool all week. The caretakers of the property were so helpful. All questions were answered immediately. There was no waiting for a response. We would love to meet them in person but know there are a lot of properties to oversee so that would be hard. Thank you all for the best vacation yet!

We spent a fantastic week at Coastal Comfort. The house was beyond belief and the location perfect. There were 16 family members and the experience was amazing for all. We now have memories that we will cherish forever.

We had 11adults and 3 children. We had an amazing time filled with love and laughter. The house is absolutely gorgeous and everything you would need is there. We enjoyed our stay at Coastal Comfort. The house was perfect, the weather was even better and we enjoyed every minute of it. Susan was so wonderful answering all my questions and we will definitely be returning. We take all of our adult children and spouses and grandchildren for the week and the house was perfect for us. The elevator was such a plus!

We were very fortunate to be able to safely make our vacation during the terrible storm Irma. Our weather in Gulf Shores was beautiful and this house is just stunning! It's the most well equipped kitchen I've ever experienced. The house was clean and spacious. I enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning with the resident Egret keeping a close watch on me. The house is located in a quiet area of the beach and we had beautiful views from all sides of the ocean or lagoon. A perfect place for our family to share time together and have loads of fun! Beautiful Beach Front Home furnished with everything you need. The elevator was great for unloading the car and making it easy to get to each floor with heavy items. Loved the fully stocked kitchen. It has 2+ of everything you need including mixers, pots large enough for shrimp boils to feed 50+, crock pots, cake pans, biscuit/cookie pans, etc. The spacious den/dining/living room has and a large TV with many features. There are also many games and books. The bedrooms are spacious with each having it's own bathroom and another half bath off from the kitchen with access from the deck/pool area. Great deck off from the den/kitchen/living room with outside dining and beach/dolphin watching. The desk makes it easy to walk out to the beach carrying the beach chairs that are also stocked at the house. Loved having a pool just for our group and right outside the house overlooking the ocean. There are floats at the house as well. It's great not to have to pack your house when headed to the beach. We have stayed at many... condos/houses over the years and this one is, by far the BEST! The decor was fabulous. Loved our stay and we will return again.

Our family absolutely loved staying at Coastal Comfort! We had 20 people and we were all comfortable and had plenty of space. We will definitely be looking into booking our stay at Coastal Comfort in the future! Having the pool and. Each right there was fantastic. We also loved how big the kitchen was, several people could be cooking and we weren't in each other's way! I would suggest another trash can in the kitchen. One trash can for 20 people just wasn't enough, we felt like we were constantly taking the trash out. Other than that our stay was fabulous and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable home with amazing views of the ocean!

This is our 2nd time to use Geoff and Susan to help us with our vacation needs and they did not disappoint. This house is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, its on a quiet private beach. The layout of the house is perfect for large groups, which we had 23 total. We never felt cramped. The pool was perfect for the kids. We love coming to Gulf Shores and this will be our go to house!
