We loved our stay at Morning View! Beautiful views of the beach and so easy to get to/from the beach. Bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and room darkening curtains. Having laundry and a living room on every floor was great! The kitchen was stocked very well with cooking supplies. There was need for a few things, such as additional baking sheets and larger cutting boards. But in general, we had most everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. The beach chairs need to be replaced, but there were plenty there for us to at least use, just not good condition. The pool was a great size for the kids to play in, and the beach was never crowded. Management responded quickly when we had an issue with the dishwasher and ice maker. Although, the ice maker still didn't make much ice. I'd plan to buy your own ice. There's plenty of room in the freezers. We will definitely recommend to others and would definitely come back!

We celebrated our yearly family reunion at Morning View. We ranged from 18 months to 93 years The physical layout of the house was great We enjoyed games in the large great room and nice size pool. The kitchen was not as equipped as any of our previous rentals, which was frustrating. Also, although the house was clean, the upper 2 floors smelled damp.

We have rented the same house for several years. We have never had any major issues...this year was just an issue with an ac drain pan and the maintenance personnel came immediately and took care of it. The personnel have always been nice and easy to work with/talk to. The house is beautiful and well maintained.

Perfect venue for 20 family members from four states and D.C. Ample space allowed for everyone’s comfort. Loved the convenience of the beautiful private beach. The location is away from the business district and this is good if one is looking for a more quiet atmosphere.

This is the second time of our family of 28 staying here. It is a beautiful house in a great location and our family loves it. Our only complaint is that there were several things this time requiring maintenance. The sliding glass door was broken with a sign reading “do not use” and this is the same door that was broken the year before. The door to the pool was also broken and had to remain propped open throughout the day for use IF we could get it open that morning. The lights to the stovetop were like a strobe when turned on and the trash had not been removed from the outdoor cans so we had no place for our trash the first couple of days. One of the dishwashers Start button does not always work and dishes had to be moved from one washer to the other. I just feel for the price paid, these small things should be addressed and/or repaired.
Overall this is a wonderful home and we plan on returning. We would just like to not deal with the various maintenance issues.

This was my second stay at Morning View and would recommend this house and location 100%! Every bedroom has an ocean view which enhances the beach experience. Perfect for a summer family/friends get together. On the off season, you have the entire beach to yourself. You won't be disappointed.

The people at Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals were fantastic to work with. They (and the owner) were very accommodating in order to make our trip phenomenal.
The private beach is gorgeous. The pool has a great view of the ocean. Previous guests left beach gear below the house.
The elevator was helpful to transport luggage.
5 bedrooms have an attached balcony overlooking the ocean. All rooms have a view of the ocean.
The main floor is breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows with a large porch. The kitchen area on the main floor is beautiful. There is plenty of space to cook and entertain a large family. We absolutely loved the long dining table.

The house is incredible! Plenty of space for a crew of almost 30 to spread out. Fantastic views of the beach. Only thing I would suggest is maybe having a gas grill, but two charcoal grills are provided. We’ve already booked it for next year!

The beach house was gorgeous. Very clean and perfect for our family. Wish we could stay forever! We had to leave two days early because family had to go home to New Orleans to secure homes and evacuate. The rail on the steps to the beach is very loose and could use some maintance.

I cannot express how fabulous the vacation home was for our group of 20, ranging in age from 7 - 70! The property manager reached out to us several times to welcome us, make sure we had everything we needed, and to bid us farewell. You will not be disappointed!

The fact that every bedroom has its own bath makes this a perfect home, and having so many king size beds is great. Would definitely recommend.

This home was absolutely beautiful and the best place my family has ever stayed. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could want if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking, which we did. We greatly enjoyed our time at Morning View in Gulf Shores. It offered a beautiful retreat away from the hustle and bustle to relax and enjoy time with family. The house layout was very logical and the amenities were at or above our expectations. We have already rebooked for next year.

The house was designed perfectly for large groups with common areas on all 3 floors, which made it nice to spread out some.

The layout of the house is perfect for a big group. Each floor has its own living area, which was perfect for the adults to have their own space and the kids to have a play area. The pool was clean and heated perfectly.

The house was well stocked and clean when we arrived - beach chairs, BBQ equipment, cooking equipment, decent knives (many things that other properties don't always have).

The management team was in contact with us regularly and they were very professional.

We hope to come back soon.

Everything is top of the line - tall ceilings, 8 ft doors, high-end appliances, beautiful decor etc. We had 7 small kids and the pool is fenced in and easily visible from the large living area and kitchen. Private boardwalk out to the ocean, sand on beach is clean and super fine white sand. We had more than enough space for our families. Would love to go back.

The Morning View house is a perfect beach house setup - plenty of bedrooms and each floor has its own large family gathering area. Kitchen and dining room table equipped for 20+ people. Pool is large and there are porches galore! We had a couple of minor issues with the Tropical Storm and GSVR had repair folks there in short order. It is a beautiful property and we have already booked for next year!

We were very lucky and were able to rent Morning View very last minute. When we arrived we were blow away with how beautiful the house was and what a great location. We had more than enough room to for our family of 14. The house is beautifully decorated and it was so nice to have living rooms on each level so that everyone had their own space. The deck, pool and private beach were amazing. I would also highly recommend the IBeach service. It was so great to have beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us everyday. The only small negative about the house was there were not full length mirrors, which would of been nice to have. Overall everything was totally amazing, house, service and beach. We definitely will use this house again.
