A convenient five-minute drive from all the amazing dining and activities Gulf Shores has to offer, Sunny Disposition will have you feeling miles away from the stresses of everyday life. Sunny Disposition is located 3.3 miles west of Hwy 59, just a few hundred yards west of Lagoon Pass.

Your spacious, smoke-free, custom-built beach house has 6 large bedrooms (including 2 masters), 5 full bathrooms, and a large open living and dining space on the main level. With 5 king beds and a bunk room, everyone is sure to get a comfortable night's sleep.

The main floor features the first of two King masters, and another King bedroom with an adjoining bath that also opens to the hall. You'll also find a hall laundry here.

The top floor features a huge beachfront King master (it also has a Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle), a King bedroom with a private bath and adjoining porch, a King bedroom with an adjoining shared bath that also connects to the bunkroom that sleeps up to 5 with a Twin over Full bunk and a Twin over Twin bunk.

Outdoors you'll enjoy a beachview hot tub, ping pong table, a charcoal grill, and a beautiful sugar-white sand beach right in your backyard.

The open floor plan is ideal for cooking and entertaining alike and offers expansive ocean views from every corner. The chef in your group will love the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and an ideal layout for creating that perfect meal after a long day at the beach. A second refrigerator for extra capacity and a stand-alone ice machine are also provided for your convenience. Whether feeding a hungry bunch or serving a cold beverage at the breakfast bar, you will be creating countless memories as you overlook the pristine beach and breaking waves.

Rain or shine, there's an activity for everyone at Sunny Disposition. Beach chairs are provided for sunbathers and supervisors of little sandcastle architects. Not a beach bum? No worries, be part of the action without ever leaving the deck as you soak in the amazing views only steps away from the water. Get too much sun? Show off your ping pong skills, try to set the high score at Ms. Pacman or maybe Galaga if that's your jam. BBQ your game? Impress the family with your culinary skills and enjoy a meal in the shade while you listen to the waves and judge the ping pong competition. Finally, at the end of a busy beach day, reward yourself and soothe those tired muscles with a soak in the hot tub as you watch the stars and listen to the waves.

We have rented beach properties for several years, and Sunny Disposition was the best equipped of any of them. The kitchen had everything you could need. The house is only about 20 yards from the beach, which is nice for us because we take a lot of tents, chairs and games. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they were fixed in a couple hours each time. Great vacation!

The house was beautiful and in the best location! Our family had a wonderful time. The house is well stocked and with plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Property management was available with quick responses. Will definitely stay again!!

We loved staying at this gorgeous house right on the beach! The house was well stocked: kitchen, towels, bathrooms, etc. Also, the hot tub was a plus! We definitely will go here again! Oh, and management was WONDERFUL!

Our group booked this home for Spring Break 2020. And then like the rest of the world, COVID stepped in. We ended up rolling our reservation from 2020 to 2021. After that, the house was sold from another owner to this group. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and their willingness to work with us through refunds and repayments. They were awesome.

As for the property itself - I have nothing to say but PERFECTION. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, had everything you could need and the location was AMAZING. We all had the best time.

PS - whomever gets the master suite...wow. Just wow.

We had a great time!
The house Sunny Disposition was perfect!
Staff had it clean and ready... very helpful with restaurant , grocery store , local info. House has great views, plenty of big bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs. Hot tub was a good addition. Beach is fun, plenty of beach chairs , umbrellas, toys if you can’t bring your own.
5 stars!
