Property Description
Each side of Dream Big has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths and 3500 square feet spread over three floors. Everyone has some space of their own. Convenient West Beach location 2.5 miles west of Highway 59--close to everything, but away from the condominiums and crowds. Located on the north side of Beach Boulevard, directly across from the beach and close to beach access. Duplex has its own pool and large deck for lounge chairs.
First floor has family room with TV/DVD, games, and beverage kitchen plus two bedrooms, two baths and a laundry right where you come in from the beach or pool. The second floor has a large living and dining area plus a kitchen with a big island and Two dishwashers. You will also find a bedroom and bath here. The third floor has three bedrooms each directly adjoining one of two baths. All floors have decks on the Gulf and pool/Little Lagoon sides.
This duplex has luxury details including granite in the kitchen and baths, tile floors throughout, and lots of windows. Each side has 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 full laundry rooms.
Beds for each side: First Floor: King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom with Daybed and Trundle (2 twins), Family Room has Queen Sleeper. Second Floor: King Bedroom, Living Room has Queen Sleeper. Third Floor: King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom with Daybed and Trundle, and Queen only bedroom.
The two sides of Dream Big can be reserved separately in off-peak seasons. For summer, holidays and group events such as retreats, receptions, reunions, BOTH sides must be rented together. Events must be approved before booking. While we are generally wedding and reunion friendly, we reserve the right to decline events based on the number of guests or any other reason.
