Come enjoy our beautiful house and sugar-white beaches at When Pigs Fly. Enjoy your own private pool at this beach house with great views of the Gulf of Mexico & Little Lagoon, only 500 feet from the beach.
This is an upstairs/downstairs duplex. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 8. In peak summer, they are rented together. Other times of the year you may rent just half.
The name of this house is When Pigs Fly which usually means that the impossible has happened. The original owners thought it impossible that they would ever have a great beach house. It is great, and you can come to Gulf Shores and enjoy it!
Each unit has a spacious living area with french doors to a wide covered porch, large fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable master bedroom with king-sized bed, private bath and french doors to Gulf-view porch, full-size laundry room, and smaller Lagoon-view porch.
Upper Unit has a Jetted Tub in the Master Bath, a fire place and stairs to a rooftop crow's nest with panoramic views. Large porchs on both units for enjoying wonderful views, Gulf breezes and the sound of the surf. Upstairs unit has covered parking for two cars plus additional parking.
The property is conveniently located 2.5 miles west of Hwy 59. This section of West Beach has no condos, no crowds, beautiful white sand beaches. Close to restaurants, shopping including a major outlet center, amusements, just a block to a good fishing spot.Wonderful upstairs/downstairs duplex with private pool! Two houses back from the Gulf, you'll have great views and Gulf breezes.
In summer and for group events we rent both halves together. Other times of year the sides may be rented separately.
